He held leadership roles at Compass Group, Fink Group, and Crown Equipment, gaining expertise in financial strategy, operations, and team leadership. He also grew his own labour hire business, which gave him first-hand insight into the challenges facing workers and businesses in Australia.

Val holds a Bachelor of Aviation Management from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Professional Accounting from Charles Sturt University. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a passionate philanthropist and advocate for social enterprise, always seeking ways to drive systemic change and create sustainable impact for future generations.

With a background in Business and Events Management, Rebecca quickly proved herself as a talented and driven leader. She served as Operations Manager at a leading Sydney brokerage, where she streamlined business processes, managed teams, and delivered operational excellence.

In 2021, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to build a successful events business that continues to grow in both value and influence. This experience sharpened her creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation — qualities she now brings to TRUEU.

Rebecca’s journey has also been shaped by her deep commitment to giving back. Guided by her belief in leading with heart, she has dedicated herself to fundraising and supporting numerous charitable initiatives. This passion ultimately brought her to TRUEU, where she continues to amplify causes close to her heart and drive meaningful change.
