Before launching TRUEU in 2025, Val built a career across finance, business management, and entrepreneurship. He held leadership roles at Compass Group, Fink Group, and Crown Equipment, gaining expertise in financial strategy, operations, and team leadership. He also grew his own labour hire business, which gave him first-hand insight into the challenges facing workers and businesses in Australia.

Val holds a Bachelor of Aviation Management from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Professional Accounting from Charles Sturt University. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a passionate philanthropist and advocate for social enterprise, always seeking ways to drive systemic change and create sustainable impact for future generations.

With a background in Business and Events Management, Rebecca has established herself as a dynamic and driven leader. In 2021, she founded a successful events company specialising in corporate, PR, and charity events, creating a strong foundation that refined her strategic thinking, innovation, and ability to lead large-scale initiatives. These skills now support her work at TRUEU, enabling her to build impactful programs that create real outcomes for individuals and communities in need.

Rebecca’s leadership is deeply shaped by her commitment to giving back. Guided by her core belief in leading with heart, she has played a vital role in developing and fundraising TRUEU’s charitable initiatives across Australia and internationally. She continues to amplify social causes, promote dignity and opportunity, and empower communities to reach their fullest potential.

Rebecca is the reigning Miss Supranational Australia and will proudly represent her country at the international competition in Poland in July 2026.
